Individual Therapy
I provide therapy for adults who are striving to have it all (whatever that looks like for them!) but are at an impasse. That may look like stress & burnout, relationship challenges, or simply feeling alone, stuck, and unsure of themselves. While I often work with professional adults, I’ve helped adults from many different backgrounds untangle the effects of the past, shift old relationship patterns, and manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I take a warm, real-talk approach with my clients – let’s work together so you can gain clarity, rebuild your confidence, and discover new coping skills and strategies to navigate your life's challenges more effectively.
I provide individual therapy in Westlake Village in person and via telehealth for CA residents.
Couples Therapy
The biggest mistake many couples make is waiting too long to get help because they think therapy is only for couples on the rocks. But what if couples therapy was simply one of the best things you could do to keep your relationship from breaking down? I help couples break old patterns, rebuild trust, and create deeper emotional connection. Whether you’re feeling distant or stuck in conflict, we’ll work together to understand what’s beneath the surface and repair your bond.

I’m Amanda Prince, a Marriage and Family Therapist in Westlake Village.

My clients are often the ones who manage every crisis and are everyone else’s rock but inside, they’re running on fumes. In therapy with me, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Through a warm, real-talk, evidence-based approach, I help high-performing adults break out of old roles – caretaker, fixer, perfectionist – and build a life that finally feels like theirs.
I have extensive experience working with busy professionals at all phases of life facing the challenges of full, outwardly successful lives. This includes anxiety, burnout, stress management, relationship and parenting issues, blended family challenges, life transitions, grief, ADHD, identity concerns, couples issues, and early life trauma.
With a background in corporate settings and extensive personal life experience, I bring a grounded and empathetic approach to therapy. This perspective helps me connect with clients authentically and offer practical, compassionate support tailored to each person’s unique challenges and goals. I work eclectically, and draw on evidenced-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and MBSR.
I love living in beautiful Ventura County, and enjoy spending time with my husband and our dogs in nature. Fun fact: I also love taking photos, and the nature photos on my website are photos I've taken.
